Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
8 ounces noodles (e.g., rice noodles or egg noodles)
2 green onions, chopped
Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Once done, drain them and set aside.
Prepare the chicken by heating the vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Mix together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
Combine the sauce with the chicken in the skillet and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet and gently mix until well-coated with the chicken and sauce.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Don’t overcook the chicken and use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
