Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 medium potatoes (cut into wedges)
  • Fresh herbs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the chicken thighs, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Prepare the potatoes by cutting them into wedges and adding them to the bowl with the chicken, tossing again.
  4. Arrange the seasoned chicken and potato wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving, if desired.

Notes

Ensure chicken is pat dried for better browning. Cut potatoes into similar sizes for even cooking.
