A delightful dish featuring crispy Parmesan-coated chicken paired with a rich garlic cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for baking the chicken.
  2. Combine the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl for coating the chicken.
  3. Beat the eggs in another bowl until well mixed.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to enhance flavor.
  5. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, allowing the excess to drip off, then coat them in the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  8. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic in olive oil for about 1 minute, then add heavy cream and stir until thickened.
  9. Serve the crispy chicken coated with the garlic cream sauce and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Consider using panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch or coconut cream for a dairy-free version.
