A simple yet flavorful slow cooker recipe that promises juicy chicken with a sweet and savory honey glaze.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in the slow cooker in a single layer for even cooking.
  2. In a small bowl, combine honey, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, paprika, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until you have a thick, fragrant paste.
  3. Pour the honey-herb mixture over the chicken breasts, using your hands or a brush to coat each piece evenly.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 4 hours or on HIGH for 2-3 hours. The chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider using fresh herbs instead of dried. Adjust cooking times accordingly if you use frozen chicken.
