Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove stems from mushrooms and chop finely. Mix chopped stems with cream cheese, herbs, and garlic. Fill each mushroom cap and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
  2. Arrange the cheese assortment and charcuterie meats on a large platter. Add some crackers and fruit for garnish.
  3. In a pot, combine canned pumpkin puree with vegetable broth, cream, and spices. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve in shot glasses with a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds.
  4. Whisk eggs with cheese, diced vegetables, and seasonings. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes or until set.
  5. Boil eggs and let them cool. Slice in half, scoop out the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, and seasoning. Refill the egg whites and top with olive slices for a spooky effect.

  7. Melt chocolate in a microwave. Dip each strawberry, letting excess chocolate drip off and place on parchment paper to cool.
  8. Roll out sugar cookie dough, cut into ghost shapes, and bake according to the recipe. Once cooled, decorate with white icing and chocolate chips for eyes.
  9. Core and slice apples into wedges. Drizzle with caramel before serving.
