A comforting dish of slow-cooked chicken thighs in a rich, creamy gravy, perfect for busy weeknights or lazy weekends.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup flour (optional, for thickening)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot in a single layer.
  2. Combine the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. If desired, mix the flour with water to create a slurry and stir it into the crockpot during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Thicken gravy optionally with flour and ensure chicken is cooked to a safe temperature of 165°F.
