A delightful meal bringing the flavors of a home-cooked dinner with minimal effort, featuring tender chicken paired with savory stuffing.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 box of stuffing mix (favorite flavor)
  • 2 cups chicken broth (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker, ensuring they are spread out evenly.
  2. Combine the stuffing mix, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, chopped onion, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Pour the stuffing mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker, making sure the chicken is covered.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy your meal!

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the chicken in the slow cooker for even cooking. You can add vegetables in the last hour for added nutrition.
