Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup M&M’s
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup icing
Instructions
Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Add the Oats and Candies: Gently fold in the rolled oats, M&M’s, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows until everything is evenly mixed.
Form the Cookie Balls: Use a tablespoon to scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls.
Create Sandwiches: Take two cookie balls and place a generous layer of icing between them. Press them together gently to form a sandwich.
