A warm and comforting dish with tender chicken and a flaky biscuit topping, perfect for busy nights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In your Crock Pot, add the shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir everything together until well mixed.
  2. Set to Cook: Cover the Crock Pot with its lid and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. Add the Biscuit Topping: About 30 minutes before serving, break apart the biscuit dough and place it evenly on top of the chicken mixture.
  4. Finish Cooking: Cover the Crock Pot again and continue to cook for the remaining time until the biscuits are golden brown.
