A comforting, flavorful dish made with chicken breasts, creamy ranch dressing, and cream cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning or 1 cup of prepared ranch dressing
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts directly into the bottom of your crockpot, arranging them in a single layer.
  2. Pour the ranch dressing (or sprinkle the ranch seasoning) over the chicken. Then, place the softened cream cheese on top.
  3. Cover the crockpot and cook on Low for 6–8 hours or High for 3–4 hours until the chicken is done.
  4. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred it using two forks.
  5. Stir the shredded chicken back into the creamy sauce until everything is well mixed.
  6. Serve the creamy ranch chicken over cooked rice, pasta, or alongside steamed veggies.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adjusting with hot sauce or chopped jalapeños and ensure the cream cheese is softened before cooking.
