Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds.
Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine; bring to a gentle simmer.
Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is smooth.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
