Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken broth, shredded chicken, diced carrots, diced celery, chopped onion, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper in your slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes.
  3. Stir in the egg noodles about 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Add the heavy cream and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, then serve hot and enjoy!
