Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic in a large pot over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until they soften.
